This role has various tasks to oversee and ensure they are completed on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.


As an Accountant and Office Manager with Harvest Distribution, we want you to be able to do the following tasks:

* Cash applications.

* Monthly journal entries.

* Balance Bank statements.

* Reconcile general ledger accounts.

* Maintain cash flow.

* Maintain fixed assets.

* Prepare payroll.

* Prepare sales & use tax reports.

* Supervise A/R department.

* Review outstanding accounts receivable invoices.

* Prepare bank deposits.

* Assist with computer problems.

* Responsible for new hires’ forms and maintaining employees’ records.


Requirements for this position are:

* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or like field.

* Experience can be considered in lieu of completed degree. CPA’s with experience to be considered as well.
